Welcome to Adamnoteve (the "Site"), operated by Synergentic Consulting LLC ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By using the Site or buying anything from us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By placing an order you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion (with a refund of any amount paid). Prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice. Your order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation email.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full card number. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us (and Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including taxes and shipping where applicable.
We ship to the addresses listed at checkout. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you when the carrier accepts the package. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All content on the Site — including the brand name, logo, designs, product photos, copy, and code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of it without written permission.
When you submit content to us (e.g. through a review, a contact form, or social media interactions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content in connection with the Site and our marketing.

Our products and copy are intentionally humorous. They are not intended to disparage, threaten, or target any individual. If you read a product description literally and act on it, that's on you. Don't.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted at this URL with the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in McLennan County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
