If your order arrived damaged or wrong, we'll fix it free. If you just changed your mind, you have 30 days to return unworn items in original condition for a refund (return shipping is on you). Personalized items aren't returnable.

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we'll make it right at no cost to you. Email p.sp56701@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with:

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns. We strongly recommend using a tracked service — we can't refund items that don't reach us.
The following are made-to-order or hygiene-sensitive and are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective:
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the conditions above, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The amount refunded will equal the price of the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except for damaged/defective/wrong items.
Depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional few days to appear on your statement.
The fastest way to "exchange" is to request a refund for the item you have, then place a new order for the size/color/product you want. This avoids you waiting for us to receive the original.

If you've done all this and still can't locate the package, contact us — we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis but cannot always issue a replacement free of charge.
Need to cancel? We process orders quickly (often within minutes) so we can't always catch them before they go to production or shipping. Email p.sp56701@gmail.com as soon as possible — if we can stop it, we will.
